1. Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability. We require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo at Elysian Tattoo Gallery. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if identification cannot be provided.

3. Health and safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or skin conditions that may affect the tattooing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health or safety risk. Tattoos are not recommended for those who are pregnant or nursing.

4. Design and artwork

Custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Elysian Tattoo Gallery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to photograph or video completed work for portfolio and promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know prior to your appointment.

5. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are estimates until a final design is approved. Gratuity is not included and is at the client's discretion.

6. Refunds

Due to the permanent nature of tattooing, we do not offer refunds on completed work. If you have concerns about your tattoo, please contact us within 30 days of your appointment and we will work with you to address them.

7. Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided at the time of your appointment. Elysian Tattoo Gallery is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines. Touch-ups due to improper aftercare may be subject to an additional charge.

8. Third-party services

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including but not limited to payment processors, booking software, or social media services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment-related communications via email. SMS marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly.

10. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to clients who are intoxicated, behave disrespectfully toward staff, or request designs that are offensive or violate our studio values.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
