All sales are final
All merch purchases from Elysian Tattoo Gallery are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elysiantattoogallery@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery.
Wrong item received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
